Thrombosis of a parametrial vein with subsequent recanalization-A case report

Background: Thrombosis of parametrial veins are rarely diagnosed by transvaginal sonography. The clinical importance vein thrombosis is not known. We present the first fully documented case pelvic varicosities with non-occlusive resulting in subsequent development pain that alleviated resolution thrombus. Case report: a perimenopausal woman underwent sonography for routine check-up. patient sustained some days later caused minor and dissolved spontaneously within three months. Discussion conclusion: Transvaginal should also focus on venous system look thrombosis. dilated may play role pathogenesis congestion syndrome sense develop thrombus evolve from an asymptomatic anatomic description to disorder requiring treatment.
